Riding record does not work, route is not shown correct

Before you start recording, make sure that GPS is enabled in your phone settings and that you have allowed the app to use it. This is the only way to record distance and speed.

Consider that a weak signal or an activated energy-saving mode might also prevent recording. Try not to use other computationally intensive apps such as the camera, other training apps, or the phone while recording.

Checklist:

  • Activate GPS

  • Turn off energy-saving mode

  • No usage of other Apps while recording
